Our agreement was to remove the old landscape fabric and install a new single layer. I mentioned that I had some leftover fabric and asked if he could install an additional layer using mine. On the day of the job, Quang brought enough of his own fabric to install two full layers—at no extra cost. And since I had additional material, he even went ahead and helped install a third layer in certain areas, just to ensure better weed control. That kind of effort really shows how much he cares about his work and the customer’s satisfaction.
He also applied the weed control spray I provided and left the entire area spotless after the work was done. The results were beyond my expectations—my front yard looks amazing, and the weeds are finally under control.
The only minor challenge was communication at times, but it didn’t impact the work at all. Quang was reliable, honest, and incredibly hardworking. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality landscaping services at a great price.

I hired Maynor after having a terrible time trying to DIY some paint and bathroom renovation with a few friends.
Maynor came on time, took a look at the scope of work, gave me a fair price, and a day he would start.
He also looked around my condo and pointed out other things that he could do for me, and gave me estimates on each. He offered to estimate each job at a fixed price, or a day rate. Both of which were extremely reasonably priced. I ended up hiring him to renovate the kitchen, and numerous other things that needed to get done.
It was well priced, and high quality workmanship. No compromises on quality whatsoever.
He asks intelligent questions about what I’d like to get done, and offers advice on alternatives which I wouldn’t have thought of.
He’s a honest man, a hard worker, always punctual, and a great person to have on your side in any project.
