I explained to him that it was my first time taking care of bermuda grass and wanted the lawn cut low (before scalping) as part of the pre-emergent process, but I felt it was getting too late. He advised me. He seems knowledgeable. We agreed on what he needed to do, and he got it done to satisfaction. He even got my neighbor's business and worked on his lawn after mine. If my regular guy stands me up one more time, I will immediately switch to Roberto for my regular lawn care.
