The following day, a large, fully insured crew of about nine experienced professionals arrived right on time in a late-model work truck. The team was led by George, a highly capable and respectful crew chief who spoke fluent English. They came fully equipped with all the tools necessary to complete the job efficiently and safely. Impressively, they worked without causing any damage to my wife’s extensive landscaping or to the neighbor’s property.
Cleanup was meticulous. Once the job was complete, I inspected the tree and was thoroughly impressed. The crew had removed roughly one-third to one-half of the small and medium branches, creating an even, symmetrical shape. The central structure of the tree, with its flaring minor trunks, now resembles a majestic bouquet. All the unsightly vertical "suckers" from the center were eliminated. The tree looks beautiful and revitalized.
