I did not know of this company before employing their service, and they were randomly selected through an online search. I spoke to Joe on the phone and got a good feeling about him and the service he provides; he assured me they would resolve the problem. He is pleasant and friendly and made me laugh about a not-so-funny situation, a dead possum in my home. Adrian arrived the next day with a great big smile, eager to get the job done. He wasted no time, sniffed around for the direction of the foul smell, went into the attic, and in no time found and extracted an adult possum with a smile on his face, glad he had resolved my problem so quickly. "It's all in a day's work", he said. That day, Adrian was my Hero, the Sheriff in town, "The MAN". I could not have been more pleased with the friendliness of both gentlemen; the time efficiency from my online request to animal removal and sanitation was exceptional. I took a chance and hit the lottery with JPC Exterminating and will recommend them to others. This may sound over dramatic, but it is truly heartfelt because the odor in my house was getting worse and I desperately needed help. Thanks guys!!!
