Collin & his team went far above and beyond my expectations to clear the landscaping of a house I was putting on the market. We talked through the various jobs: grinding stumps, picking up tons branches that had been piled in the back for years, tearing down and hauling away a shed and its contents. Collin was incredibly professional, punctual, and came out the next day to review the scope of work. That evening I had a contract/invoice for the cost and it was half the price of another landscaper who only quoted a price for grinding down the tree stumps!
All this was happening while I was out of town. He regularly sent me multiple pictures of the job through the day and a half it took his crew to work. Then, when some previous tenants unexpectedly left quite a lot of furniture, gym weights, multiple couches, trash, and a dozen trash bags, Collin was able to pivot on a time. He looked over the remaining items, texted me an additional quote for him to haul away the unexpected extra items, and came back the next day to do the job.
In short, I can’t recommend him highly enough! Ultimately, his work prevented a potential house sale from falling through. Thank you So Much, Collin!
