We needed a new roof and decided to also replace our siding at the same time. We chose the folks at Platinum and they did not disappoint! The first positive impression happened early on during the bidding process. Platinum was one of the few companies that got out the ladders to take a first-hand look at the roof rather than relying on photos or satellite images. Evan & Jonathan were able to determine that we had a lot of soft spots and would likely need to have much of the wood replaced. The additional cost of the wood was explained to us, which was also included in their proposal, so there were no hidden costs. During the tear-off process, we were also shown all of the rotten wood and knew for sure that we needed it replaced. The roofing crew did a fantastic job taking their time and replacing all the rotten wood, as well as installing the double row of ice shield, underlayment and shingles as promised with precision.
A separate crew came to replace the siding, and they also did an outstanding job. They were also very thorough by taking the extra time to replace wood where it was needed. They were very meticulous in their work, everything from nailing the siding correctly, trimming the siding, wrapping the windows and wooden frames with aluminum, soffit, facia, caulking all the way through to clean up. When the project was completed, the craftsmanship and attention to detail is clearly evident – it looks amazing!
If you need a new roof or new siding, I would absolutely recommend Platinum for their professionalism, honesty, expertise and customer service.

It's hard to find a roofing company who is responsive and didn't want to charge for an estimate. Mike from top tech construction was very personable and responded immediately to my request for an estimate. Top Tech did a great job of communicating throughout the process. We had skylights that needed replaced but their size was not carried anymore by any manufacturer.
